DealView AI is a private capital connectivity platform. We build the technology that lets founders, advisors, and investors find one another through a score they can both trust. Our company stages, sectors, geographies, and check sizes — and produces a DealMatch score that both sides of the network can use as a shared starting point.
What we are not: a broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser, a placement agent, or an investment adviser. We are a technology infrastructure provider only — we do not take custody, we do not hold funds, and we do not represent either side of any financing. The platform produces scorecards and routing; the round itself happens outside our walls.

The cold-outreach lottery is not a system.
Most early-stage rounds close on warm intros, not cold emails. The investor screening logic that decides which deck gets a meeting and which gets a two-line rejection is rarely documented anywhere the founder can read it — and the founder-advisor relationship that opens the door is paid in equity that is hard to negotiate against an uneven information gap.

Every deal that lands at DealView AI is scored on the same five dimensions. The full breakdown lives on /how-it-works; in plain language, the dimensions are stage, sector, check size, traction, and founder–market fit. Each dimension contributes a weighted share to a 0–100 DealMatch score, and each input is visible to the founder who submitted the deal.
The score is the same on the founder side and the investor side. Advisors and active investors on the network see the ranked pipeline on /match. Founders above the passing threshold are routed forward; below-threshold deals stay visible for transparency, so founders can see where the fit falls off.
